How do I book?
Booking is easy! Just choose your package options, request your date, and we'll be in touch to confirm availability within 24 hours. We'll give you a phone call to make sure you're good to go with your selections. Then, we'll send your rental agreement and a secure booking link via Stripe.
Once your 50% retainer (or pay in full) is submitted, your spot is reserved. The remaining balance and $200 refundable damage deposit are due 14 days before your event. Everything is communicated in writing for transparency. Once you’re confirmed, we’ll handle the rest!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe's secure payment platform. Via Stripe, you can request buy-now-pay-later with Affirm or Klarna.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable 50% retainer is required at booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance and a $200 refundable damage deposit are due 14 days before your event.
What if it rains or the weather is bad?
You can use an indoor backup location (on your property or within 10 miles) at no charge. If setup isn’t possible, you can reschedule once within 12 months (subject to date availability). Refunds aren’t issued for weather-related changes.
What if it’s windy?
Per Georgia law, inflatables can’t be used outdoors in winds over 15 mph. If winds become unsafe, we’ll relocate the inflatable indoors or remove it early for safety.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured.
How do you ensure everything is clean and safe for little ones?
Our equipment manufacturer produces premium and safety-certified play gear. We fully sanitize all equipment before and after every rental with baby-safe products, and we never rent the same set twice in a day to ensure ample cleaning time.
How much space do I need?
You need at least 10 ft x 10 ft of space for our soft play setups, and 16 ft clearance for our bounce castle. We can customize the exact layout based on your available area.
What do I need for setup?
A flat, clean, dry space (grass, turf, concrete, or indoor flooring), a clear path with no stairs unless pre-approved, and shade/cover for outdoor setups. Please disclose stairs, elevators, or long carries in advance to avoid extra access fees.
How long does setup take?
We arrive 1.5–2 hours before your event to set everything up.
What ages can use the play area?
Our play zones are for children ages 6 and under. Adult supervision is required at all times.
What’s not allowed in the play area?
No shoes (socks only), food, drinks, pets, sharp objects, messy materials (paint, glitter, playdough, etc.), or rough play.
